Showcase
Schools are invited to bring a 10 minute compilation or excerpt to showcase their school's talent.
Each group may present a compiled performance or clipping from musicals or plays.
It can be a cutting from a longer musical/play or a compilation of scenes and/or songs.
Once you register to bring a Showcase, your request will be evaluated by the State Board. Your school will be selected if we are able to accommodate your request.

can Cues be called?
No. There will be minimal tech provided. Cue calling by a director or stage manager is not permitted.
is an accompanist provided?
No. Music must be uploaded digitally. There will be no accompanist present, and no available piano. It is recommended that music is made into one or two long tracks, and not short clips of songs because there will not be time to meet with the tech staff beforehand to determine cues.
IS SOUND PROVIDED?
Yes. However, please do not bring your own mics. Please tell your students to project. 4 mics with mic stands will be provided.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHOWCASE IS OVER 10 MINUTES?
Showcases are timed, and if your school goes over 10 minutes, you will be disqualified from earning a "Certificate of Excellence".
