PLEASE READ: By sharing a video, you confirm that your students and parents have read and approved our Online Events Consent photo/video release below. And, that each student has received parental/guardian permission to share their performance online.
PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE The undersigned irrevocably consents to being photographed or being recorded by means of video or audio tape recording by the Organizers, or a designated representative of the Organizers. The undersigned also irrevocably consents to sharing video recordings on New Jersey Junior Thespian's Youtube channel. These photographs and/or recordings can be used, without compensation to the undersigned and/or the Delegate, in any public display, publication or media, or website, or in any manner or form, and at any time by the Organizers in promotion of the mission to promote the theatrical arts and have theatre arts recognized in all phases of education. The undersigned releases the Organizers, and their employees, agents, representatives, associates, Board of Directors members, and consultants from any liability in connection with the use of such photographic, video, and/or audio materials.

CONSENT FORM for teachers to give to attendees
(if registering as a school)
The following consent, release, and policies are required to be signed by each festival attendee.
For students registering individually, there is a digital consent form. This form does not need to be completed. However, if you are a teacher registering your students as a school, you must download, share, and upload signed photos/scanned copies of the below form, from all attendees, to a shared Google Drive Folder upon submitting registration.
You are required to upload your attendee's signed consent forms to registration via an active shared Google Drive Folder. This information will not be shared with anyone, but is a National requirement. If you do not provide a link below at the time of registration including all of your attendees's signed consent forms, your registration will be rejected. Thank you for your understanding. Forms can be found at www.njjrthespians.org/consent.
